Warranty Information

Generator Return
Policy
In an effort to
avoid returns and promote customer satisfaction,
Generator Power SolutionsTM
works with our
customers over the phone before the order to better ascertain the
needs of our customer. We provide engineering services
so that our company can better analyze your needs and
work with you to configure a standby power solution that
will meet your requirements exactly. This not only
ensures that the product will meet your needs but it allows
us to keep the you fully informed at each step of
the process.
Defective
Return Policy
A) If the product was
picked up at our warehouse: The customer may return the
product to our warehouse during regular business hours.
If product is defective we will provide exchange or
refund at the customer's discretion.
B) If the product was shipped to you. Freight damage
must be reported to the
carrier. We will arrange an exchange or parts
replacement for you.
Generator Power Solutions will not
refund a purchase due to damage incurred during
improper installation or operation subsequent to
installation.
Non Defective Return
Policy
Returns may only
be made with New condition product that has
NOT been
installed. Item may be returned for refund within
7 days of delivery. Shipping-damaged item will be refunded or
exchanged. Shipper damages must be claimed with freight
company and exchanged via claim. Installation damaged item will not be
refunded. Shipping-damaged items are exchanged with new
product or repaired at Generator Power Solutions
discretion. Non defective returns
require 25% restocking fee (see cancellation policy
below). The customer pays
freight to Generator Power SolutionsTM,
credit will be issued when
item is received.
Shipping
We will ship anywhere
in the continental United States for $150.00.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. This is
curbside delivery shipped Freight on large trucks. If
special delivery is required, i.e. Forklift, residential
delivery, 24 hour notification, then an additional fee
of $75.00 is applicable. Special needs delivery
MUST be declared at time of order.
Payment
Credit card ship in 1 business days, in-state checks
will be held until cleared. We will accept credit
cards (add 2.5% to order) Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and check/money order. Refunds will be returned to the user
in the same form it was received.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you place your order
and subsequently decide to cancel, we will gladly honor
your decision. All canceled orders will be subject
to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the order amount.
Generator and Parts
Warranty
Generator Power SolutionsTM
will represent the generator manufacturer for purposes
of returns if the customer purchased a service plan. I n
order to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty, only
allow Generator Power SolutionsTM
personnel and/or designated representatives access to
the generator, generator sub assemblies, or wiring.
Any service performed on the generator by unqualified
service personnel may void the generator warranty.

Price Change
We reserve the right to
change pricing at any time without notice.
Privacy Policy
Generator Power Solutions
takes your privacy very seriously. We will not
share any information about you or your transaction with
any other persons or third party which is not required
to properly fulfill or ship your order. Your
transaction and personal information is as important to
us as it is to you! At Generator Power Solutions
your satisfaction is also very important to us and every
employee is dedicated to making your experience with us
a pleasant one before and after the sale!
The above policies are in place to protect you as
the purchaser and us as the vendor from potential losses
due to shipping damage, defective equipment, etc.
