Standby
generators require regular maintenance in order to
maintain maximum effectiveness. As an additional service
to our loyal customers, Generator Power SolutionsTM
offers three optional service plans
available at customer request, provided that you live
within one of our
service locations.
Payments can either be made up front or on a 12 month
installment plan.
Annual Maintenance Plan
For customers who wish to
make their own quarterly inspections, we have the
annual-only maintenance plan. On the one year
anniversary of your installation we will come onsite to
replace the oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs,
check the valves and make any adjustments to the output
voltage and frequency so that your generator can
continue to operate at peak efficiency when you need it.
Premier Maintenance Plan
With the full maintenance
plan, Generator Power SolutionsTM will perform all
maintenance duties for you! We will make four quarterly
visits a year. At the first three quarterly visits we
will perform a thorough inspection of your generator,
checking filters, oil level and leaks. We will perform a
run test to confirm that the generator is functioning
properly, testing the voltage and frequency output and
adjusting as necessary.
At the fourth quarterly visit, we will replace the oil,
oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, and check the
generator for leaks. We will also check the generators
valves. This insures your generator is running at peak
efficiency.
VIP Maintenance Plan
For our customers who
want unparalleled service for their investment in an
air-cooled generator, we are offering the VIP
Maintenance Plan. Subscribers of this plan receive four quarterly service visits a year and
provide you with the same great service you get in the
Premier Maintenance Plan.
With the VIP Plan we dont stop there. If your
generator should require extended onsite work
and is covered by this plan, we will replace your
generator with an equivalent generator until the repair
is completed! This is a great value. Now you really
can have worry-free standby power when you need it.*
*Exclusions Apply. VIP Maintenance Plan exclusive to
limited service areas. Plan is available for new
(within the first year) and GPS-authorized
installations. Applicable to air-cooled systems only.
