Ordering a standby generator system starts with a phone call. We will discuss with you your gols and needs and schedule an onsite visit. Once the engineering review is completed, we will provide you a quote for a package price for your solution.

When you are ready to proceed with the purchase of the generator system, we will place your order and advise you of the scheduled install date. The installation cycle is usually within two weeks from the date of the order. A 50% deposit is required to process the order. The actual onsite work is generally two days.
Delivery and Installation
When your order is ready to install we will confirm the install date and arrive onsite with your new system. Installation times can vary based on the comlexity of the job, however most installations are completed in two days.
Post Installation Customer Review
This is an opportunity for us to review with you and your family the functionality of your new standby generator, it's operation, and emergency shutdown procedures. We review the operation and actually conduct a test of the system with you present to verify it matches your quoted expections.
Once you are satisfied that the system is working properly, the balance of the order is due.
We appreciate our customers and try to accomodate customer request. Once an order is placed many operations go into effect to deliver your standby generator. If you cancel your order prior to onsite installation, we will gladly accomodate your request, however the following will apply;
If cancellation occurs prior to deliver, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount will apply.
If cancellation occurs after installation has begun, then a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount will apply.
Our customers are our business, and your satisfaction is our single goal. Generator systems are serviced according to the following guidlines;
Customers with Service contracts receive priority on all outages and service requests.
Services are performed at the start of each calender quarter.
Service Contracts are for the year in advance and payment is due in full at the start of the contract period.
Payment for one time service request (called The Works!) is due at the time service is performed.
Customers with Service Contracts receive discounts for contiguous years they maintain a service plan.
